<b>Procedure:</b><br />
<ol><li>Marinate beef in the marinade ingredients for at least 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Put slices of hotdog and pepper on each beef slice, roll and secure with a toothpick or kitchen string. Set aside.</li>
<li>Heat oil and pan fry beef rolls until slightly brown.Push aside fried beef rolls and in the remaining oil saute garlic and onions until limp. Pour broth over beef and simmer for at least 30 minutes or until meat is tender, adding more water if necessary.</li>
<li>Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes or until vegetables are done.</li>

<b>Procedure:</b><br />
<ol><li>Combine onions, garlic, ginger, Chili Sauce, Savor, lemon grass, turmeric, and lime juice in a bowl. Use mixture to marinate beef. Set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.</li>
<li>In a large pot, bring to boil coconut milk, coriander seeds, ground cumin seeds and MAGGI Sinigang sa Sampalok. When boiling, stir in marinated meat and simmer over low heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.</li>
<li>Add fried potatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes, top with fried onions before serving.</li>

<li>Combine Maggi Flavor-It, rosemary and ground beef. Saute in olive oil until cooked.</li>
<li>Drain oil and arrange ground beef on top of baked potatoes.</li>
<li>In the remaining oil in the skillet, whisk in flour with the remaining ingredients. simmer over low fire, while stirring until thick, about 3 minutes.</li>
<li>Pour over potatoes and beef to cover. Bake about 20 minutes at 250 degrees C.</li>

<b>Procedure:</b><ol><li>To prepare salsa: Combine vinegar, MAGGI Chili Sauce, garlic, onion, brown sugar, and calamansi juice in a small saucepan. Add cornstarch dispersed in 1/4 cup water. Cook, stirring continuously over low fire just until thickened. Stir in MAGGI Savor. Add mangoes; cook for 1 min. Remove from fire and stir in parsley. Set aside.</li>
<li>For the burger: Combine the beef and onion in one bowl; Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine bread, egg, NESTLE All Purpose Cream, and basil in another, beating until bread is soaked. Blend beef and bread mixture together; form into 6-8 patties.</li>
<li>Grill patties over charcoal for 20 min. turning once, brushing with oil as it cooks.</li>

1 kg bulalo (beef shank, bone in)<br />
2 liters water<br />
1 tbsp Maggi Savor, Calamansi<br />
¼ cup MAGGI Oyster Sauce<br />
¼ cup cooking oil for browning<br />
<br />
Gravy:<br />
1 tbsp butter<br />
1 tbsp all purpose flour<br />
¼ cup drippings from the fried bulalo<br />
¼ cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream<br />
<br />
<b>Procedure:</b><br />
<ol><li>In a pressure cooker, tenderize bulalo in 2 liters of water for 30 minutes. Start timing when the water in the steamer starts to boil.</li>
<li>Remove tenderized “bulalo” from the broth and marinate with MAGGI Savor, Calamansi for at least 15 minutes. When ready to pan-fry, rub marinated meat with MAGGI Oyster Sauce on all sides.</li>
<li>Heat cooking oil and pan-fry prepared “bulalo” until brown on all sides. Transfer on a hot plate and serve with prepared gravy on top or on the side. Serve immediately.</li>
<li>To prepare Gravy: Melt butter and add flour to make a roux. Slowly pour in the drippings while whisking mixture vigorously. Cook until thick. Add NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream to achive desire gravy consistency.</li>

1/2 k mussels, steamed just to open shell<br />
1/4 cup MAGGI Savor Hot Chili<br />
1/4 cup butter, softened<br />
1/4 cup cheese, grated<br />
5 cloves garlic, minced<br />

<b>Procedure:</b><br />
1. Prepare mussels by removing half of the shell and cut off beard. Marinate prepared mussels in MAGGI Savor Chili for at least 15 minutes. Set aside.<br />
2. Mix butter, cheese, and garlic together and beat until creamy. Spread a teaspoon each of the mixture onto each mussel.<br />
3. Bake mussels in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. <br />
