Grilled Seafood and Chicken in Yogurt-Lemongrass Sauce
Skewers of tasty and succulent seafood and chicken with a refreshing sauce — unbelievably healthful for something as irresistible! A light yet filling sub to your meat barbecues!

Ingredients:
300 g. tuna fish fillet, cubed
¼ kg. prawns, shelled and deveined
¼ kg. chicken breast fillet, cubed
¼ cup minced garlic
2 tbsp minced ginger
½ cup chopped lemon grass
2 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 125g. NESTLÉ Creamy Yogurt, Natural
1 8g. MAGGI Magic Sarap
1 tsp salt
Yogurt Sauce: Combine -
1 125g. NESTLÉ Creamy Yogurt, Natural
½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
2 tbsp chopped wansuy
1 8g MAGGI Magic Sarap

Procedure:
1. Marinate seafood and chicken in the remaining ingredients for at least 30 minutes. Arrange alternately in skewers. Grill while basting with olive oil for about 5 minutes on each side. 2. Arrange on a platter and serve with yogurt sauce on the side.

Garden Pickles

Garden Pickles
A twist of the usual achara, perfect with barbecue or fried fish.

Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups sliced carrots
2 cups sliced radish
10 gherkins (small cucumbers)
2 tsps. salt
1 small jalapeño chili sliced into rings
6 thinly sliced ginger 1 1/2 inches long
6 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. MAGGI Savor
1/3 cup vinegar

Procedure:
1. Toss vegetables with salt; let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Drain and squeeze out excess liquid.
2. Arrange vegetables nicely in jars and set aside.
3. Combine all ingredients for pickling and pour into arranged vegetables in jars. Keep chilled for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Shrimp cocktail for an elegant and sophisticated appetizer

Ingredients:
400 g shrimps, peeled and deveined
1 cup cubed singkamas
1/2 cup cubed red bell pepper
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup chopped chives
2/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp MAGGI Chili Sauce or to taste
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1/8 tsp chili powder
1 160g can NESTLE Cream

Procedure:
1. Cook shrimps in salted water for about 7-10 minutes or until it changes in color. Drain and Cool.
2. Toss in rest of the ingredients and set aside to prepare dressing.
3. Combine all ingredients for dressing and toss in with salad. Chill for about 2 hours and serve in a pineapple boat.

Creamy Liver Dip

Creamy Liver Dip
An appetizing and nutritious hors d'oeuvre 
to serve as snack or during cocktails

Ingredients:
1/2 bar cream cheese
1 can 383g NESTLE Cream
1 cup liver spread
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

Procedure:
1. Beat cream cheese with a blender for 1 minute then add the liver.
2. Stir in the cream, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, and black pepper. Blend ingredients until mixture is well combined.
3. Pass through a sieve to remove lumps. Refrigerate.
4. Serve with toasted baguette slices and chilled vegetables, i.e., carrots, celery, turnips, cucumber etc.

Creamy Chicken Lumpia

Creamy Chicken Lumpia
Crisp spring rolls filled with curried minced chicken 
and melted cheese served with salsa

Ingredients:
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/3 cup minced onions
250g chicken breast, minced
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup grated quick-melting cheese
¼ cup NESTLÉ ALL Purpose Cream
10 pcs lumpia wrapper, cut in half
cooking oil for deep frying

For salsa, combine all ingredients and mix well:
1 cup minced tomatoes
½ cup minced onions
1 tbsp minced kinchay
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar

Procedure:
1. Heat oil and sauté onions until limp.
2. Add chicken and cook until it changes color (about 8 mins).
3. Season with MAGGI Magic Sarap, curry powder and brown sugar. Add cheese and NESTLE All Purpose Cream. Remove from heat and let cool.
4. Place about 1 tsp of chicken mixture on a lumpia wapper. Roll and seal edges well.
5. Deep fry and drain well using paper towels. Serve with salsa on the side.

French-style cream cheese with the intense 
and aromatic flavor of roasted garlic and herbs

Ingredients:
1 225 g. pack cream cheese softened
1/2 cup NESTLE All Purpose Cream
1 bulb roasted garlic, mashed
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
2 tsp MAGGI Magic Sarap
pinch of salt and white pepper

Procedure:
1. Beat cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Blend thoroughly.
3. Serve with toasted bread slices, vegetable sticks, and crackers.

1/2 kg chicken wings, tips removed
Marinade: Combine -
1/4 cup MAGGI Savor
1/3 cup MAGGI Chili Sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
6 tbsp maple syrup
salt and pepper

Cooking oil, as needed

1 tub 240g NESTLE Sour Cream

Procedure:
1. Marinate chicken wings in prepared marinade for at least 6 hours.
2. Heat oil and pan-fry chicken until browned and crisp.
3. Serve with hot sauce or NESTLE Sour Cream.

Avocado Crab Ensemble
Salad greens with fresh avocado slices 
and shredded crabstick in a creamy and tangy dressing

Ingredients:
100g Romaine lettuce, shredded
2 tbsp chopped wansoy (or coriander leaves)
1 large avocado, peeled and sliced thinly
4 pcs crab sticks, shredded
1/2 cup chopped almonds, toasted

Dressing:
1 160g can NESTLÉ Cream
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped onions
1/4 cup NESTLE Fresh Milk
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Procedure:
1. Toss Romaine lettuce with chopped wansoy in a salad bowl until very well-blended. Arrange on a platter.
2. Arrange avocado slices and shredded crab stick on top of lettuce and sprinkle with almonds. Set aside.
3. For the dressing, combine cream, Magic Sarap, lemon juice, onions, milk, and sesame oil in a bowl. Serve with prepared salad.

Ingredients:
1/2 k mussels, steamed just to open shell
1/4 cup MAGGI Savor Hot Chili
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup cheese, grated
5 cloves garlic, minced

Procedure:
1. Prepare mussels by removing half of the shell and cut off beard. Marinate prepared mussels in MAGGI Savor Chili for at least 15 minutes. Set aside.
2. Mix butter, cheese, and garlic together and beat until creamy. Spread a teaspoon each of the mixture onto each mussel.
3. Bake mussels in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
6 pieces assorted Swiss Sausages (Hungarian, bratwurst, frankfurter etc), sliced
2 pieces onion, sliced into rounds
¼ cup MAGGI Savor Classic
¼ cup calamansi juice
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
4 tbsp cooking oil

Procedure:
1. Marinate sliced sausages and onion with MAGGI Savor and calamansi juice
for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat cooking oil and stir fry onion first for 30 seconds. Add sausages
including marinade Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Cook for another 15
minutes or until the sauce is reduced.
3. Serve with steamed rice or your favorite bread and beverage.

Coco Cream Corn Ensemble

Coco Cream Corn Ensemble
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 liter water
2 pandan leaves, tied into a knot
2 cups buko strips
1 cup whole corn kernel
Crushed ice
1 250ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream

Procedure:
1. Make pandan syrup by boiling sugar in water with pandan leaves. Continue boiling until sugar is dissolved. Discard pandan leaves and cool mixture in the refrigerator until ready to use.
2. Put buko and corn in glasses. Top with crushed ice. Drizzle with pandan syrup to sweeten.
3. Top with a dollop of NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream before serving.

Good to Know: A cup of corn contains about 5 grams of fiber. Fiber has been shown to maintain digestive health by promoting regular bowel movement.

Refreshing Cornflakes Taco Salad

Kids' favorite tacos made into a colorful, delicious, and healthful salad

Ingredients:
For the salad:
3 pieces tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 small head lettuce, shredded
1 small can pork and beans, drained, liquid reserved
1 cup NESTLÉ Cornflakes

For the meat sauce:
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 small onion chopped
¼ kg ground beef
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
½ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup banana catsup
pork and beans reserved liquid
salt, sugar and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Assemble the salad ingredients on a salad bowl. Top with generous amount of cornflakes. Set aside.
2. To prepare the meat sauce: Heat oil. Sauté garlic and onion until limp. Stir in ground beef and cook until meat changes in color.
3. Season with MAGGI Magic Sarap. Pour in tomato sauce, banana catsup, and the reserved liquid from the pork and beans. Season with sugar and salt. Cook for another 10 minutes or until slightly thicken.
4. Drizzle prepared salad with the meat sauce and serve immediately.

Mexican Wedgies

Stuffed flour tortillas oozing with meat and cheese.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp cooking oil
½ kilo ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 8g MAGGI Magic Sarap
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp MAGGI Chili Sauce
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes
4 large flour tortilla
oil for frying
1 240g NESTLÉ Sour Cream

Procedure:
1. In a pan with very little oil, brown together ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until meat changes in color.
2. eason with MAGGI Magic Sarap, salt, and MAGGI Chilli Sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Put ½ cup of the ground beef filling, cheese, and tomatoes onto the half side of each tortilla. Fold the other half of tortilla over and press to remove any air pockets.
4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan to medium high, and when hot, place filled tortillas into the pan 1 or 2 at a time.
5. Fry until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towels to remove excess oil. Cut into wedges and serve with NESTLÉ Sour Cream on the side.

Pandesal topped with CARNATION Condensada and MILO, 
a treat kids can do themselves.

Ingredients:
3 pcs pandesal cut into halves
6 tbsp condensed milk
3 tbsp MILO

Procedure:
1. Spread about 1 tbsp condensed milk on each pandesal half.
2. Sprinkle top with 1/2 tbsp MILO.
3. Using an oven toaster, toast pandesal halves for about 3 minutes. Serve.
