PAKO SALAD (FERN SALAD)

PAKO SALAD


INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilo pako (cut and boiled)
4 tomatoes (washed and sliced into rings)
2 medium red onions ( sliced into rings)
4 hard-boiled eggs (sliced into rings)
3 medium potatoes (peeled, boiled and cubed)
2 cups vinegar
1/2 tsp. white sugar
1 tsp. black pepper (freshly ground)
1/2 tsp. table salt

PROCEDURE
In a big wooden or crystal bowl, arrange pako.
Top with tomatoes, onions, eggs and potatoes.
In another bowl, combine vinegar, minced garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.
Serve with vinegar dressing.
